8th -16th Unit of Duffs Church,
Walton, was held at the hahe-

nesday evening. Mrs. Jan Van .
Vleit opened the meeting with
a reading, Scripture reading
was taken from Luke 2:7-20.
During a earol service the story
of "Silent Night" was given,
and carols sung. Each carol was -
represented by a Iady from the
group lighting _ a candle. Mrs.
Jim Smith conducted a quizz
on "The Christmas Story." The
meeting closed with singing "0
Come, Let Us Adore Him." The
minutes were read and the roll
call answered. The treasurer's
report was given. The president,
Mrs. Rae Houston, presided for
the business portion.

decided, and Ann Sills was
selected to speak at the exhibit
on Achievement Day.
Mrs. Doig took up notes on
"Nutrition For Good Health"
and "Food For All the Family."
Notes on "Care of Our Body"
were taken by Mrs. Doig, feet;
Helen Elliott, eyes;. Gerda Wil-
lems, teeth; and Dianne Finlay-
son, skin.
The next meeting will be
held at the home of Gerda and
Maria Willens.
