RECIPES
The Christmas season is here
again! We Canadians celebrate
this festive season with candles,
holly and gaily decorated trees.
Our shiny -eyed children are al-
ready dreaming of Santa with
his gift laden sleigh. And the
adults are no doubt dreaming
of tables groaning with good
food. To make these `dreams
come true, housewives are bus-
ily wrapping gifts and baking
special dishes and goodies.
Holiday entertaining can be
fun .if you plan your menus
ahead. This gives you time to
enjoy the festivities with your
family and guests.
•
Invite your special friends to
help you decorate your Christ-
mas tree and serve them this
buffet featuring pork pies,
chicken bouchees and fruit
cake. The second menu is for
that all important Christmas
dinner. Our ever popular roast
turkey takes star billing, and
you'll -delight in the delicate
dessert of sponge cake and
whipped cream.
