Crokinole in Paisley
Sunny skies on Saturday,
March 5 brought out 26
enthusiastic crokinole play-
ers to the Paisley Legion for
an afternoon of fun.
Winners for the white
cards were first place Clare
Kuepfer with 56 points,
Neil Cook with 49 and
third was Larry Hennessy
with 43 points.
Kuepfer also topped the
20s with 35 followed by Car-
man Hodgkinson with 33
and Francis Zettler with 32.
For the yellow cards Jo-
Ann Carter was high with
46 points Cathy Kuepfer
and Marilyn Thompson
tied for second with 44
and third also saw a tie
with Amelia Hartman and
Theresa Schnurr with 41.
Cathy had the most 20s
with 30, Amelia and Al Carter
tied for second with 29 and Jo-
Ann was third with 23. Many
door prizes were also won.
This was the final sched-
uled game for Paisley. Our
