A special thank you to our family for hosting such a wonderful par- ty. -Clarence &Alice Cards of Thanks Cards of Thanks PENTLAND/CUTTING From the bottom of my heart, I thank each and every person who has reached out to my daughter, Jenna, over the last six months. Whether it was a hug, an ear, a phone call, a text, a smile, an act of kind- ness or a prayer. No matter how small a gesture it may seem to you, know that to someone who is hurting, each and every act is valued and appreciated. From the bottom of my heart, I thank the Lamb Fami- ly for holding Jenna close and making her feel like part of the family. To Beverly for all her heart to heart talks and the best hugs ever, Paul for his constant teasing that shows her you care, and to Matthew and Adam --your ability to make her laugh is just the medicine she needs. I cannot forget Abbey, Justine and Isaiah ---thank you for being there too. As we celebrated the life of ZAC on July 1st, the generosity of the Al- len Family was overwhelming. Your family, as well as the McWhinneys, Cunninghams and Johnstons, plus so many more I cannot begin to name, have never left Jenna's or the Lamb family's side through this heart- ache, and you are all true examples of 'what friends are for: To all of Zac's friends & Jenna's friends: You are a pretty amaz- ing generation of young adults, who openly cry, hug and share with each other the love and loss of Zac. Grief has many faces, do not judge anyone in how they choose to deal with this loss. Do not assume because one is not crying they are not hurting. Grief is a very unique journey, as unique as each one of you are. As the days and years go by, I ask that you comfort each other and reach out to each other. We are all new people now. There was the you when Zac was here, being the life of the party, making everyone laugh and smile. And now there is the new you, with a piece of your heart missing, which left with Zac. The hurt doesn't ever go away, and you are all con- nected by your shared love of Zac. Even though your paths in life may change and things may distance you from those you see on a regular basis now, remember to check in with each other from time to time. I think Zac would like that. And to Zac: I love you and I miss you. As the song goes: You should be here, standing with your arm around me here. Cutting up, cracking a cold beer, saying cheers, hey y'all it's sure been a good year. It's one of those mo- ments, that's got your name written all over it. And you know that if I had just one wish it'd be that you didn't have to miss this You should be here. xoxo Susanne & Bryan, Jenna, Jesse, Dallis, Chandler, Mara, Tori "Just when you think it can't get any worse, it can.
