who came to line dancing this year,
and to Brittany McClinchey and

LUCKNOW NEWS
Lucknow News recognizes South Kinloss church 160th
Ruth Dobrensky
The Lucknow Kinsmen have
been busy recently, getting
"Graceland" ready for "Music
in the Fields."
A number of workers with
large equipment have been in
and out of the 'field' working
up the land and getting every-
thing cleaned up and ready for
campers.
The Lucknow Legion recently
held their annual Veteran's
Appreciation luncheon with
entertainment provided by
Lloyd and the Troublesome
Trio. The lunch was delicious
and the entertainment was
terrific.
Happy 80th birthday to Jean
Ross who celebrated last Satur-
day at the Lucknow Legion with
friends and family. Congratula-
tions Jean.
This coming Sunday, South
Kinloss Presbyterian Church
will be celebrating their 160th
anniversary with a special
afternoon service.
Congratulations.
I apologize to all current and
former members of Chalmers
Presbyterian Church in White-
church, I got it wrong, they cel-
ebrated their anniversary
recently and are having their
final service this coming Sun-
day. We will be sorry to see
them close.
This past Sunday, Trinity
United Church, Ashfield, cele-
brated their 147th anniversary
with special music and guest
speaker followed by a
luncheon.
Dungannon held their
annual town wide garage sale,
and a successful one it was too.
As they have done for many
years in the past, Mary's Family
Restaurant hosted the Lucknow
4-H Beef Club breakfast fund-
raiser this past Saturday, and,
as usual, it was a great success.
Congratulations to everyone
involved.
