HOPF
Words can not express enough of our
deepest gratitude to everyone in and
around our community for the prayers, well
wishes and support we received while our
mom was ill and since her passing. Mom's
illness was not very long and in that short
time we truly got to experience the genuine
compassion and kindness of others. A sin-
cere thank you to Dr. Shubat, staff, and all
the nurses at Wingham Hospital (such a
wonderful caring group of Health Care Pro-
fessionals). To our friends & neighbours for
the visits with mom at home and in the hos-
pital. To our special friends Harold and
Lloya Nicholson for all their support, it will
never be forgotten. A special thanks to Pas-
tor Dave Williams, Annie Pritchard and to
mom's granddaughter, Shayla for their parts
in mom's service. To all who brought food
etc. Mom's service was beautiful and she
would have been so touched with every-
one's care and generosity. To the pall
bearers, Mark, Scott, Luke, Kyle, Dale and
Harold, it was the six of you mom wanted
and we thank you. To mom's flower bear-
ers, Shayla, Maggie, Ashley, Christina and
Hannah you will never know how special
and appreciated your task was. A huge
thank you to the United Church ladies for
the lunch, it was greatly appreciated to be
able to put together the help needed espe-
cially during the holidays when so many are
away. To MacKenzie and McCreath Funer-
al Home; Mary Ellen your assistance and
support is beyond remarkable and from the
bottom of our hearts we thank you. The
support one gets in their time of need from
a small community such as Lucknow is
amazing. Mom lived here for 46 years,
Lucknow is where she wanted to be and its
easy to see why. With our sincere and hum-
ble gratitude we thank you all.
