Ripley Ravens girls volleyball takes regional tourney
Ripley Ravens Girls' Volley-
ball Team won the Champi-
onship Banner at the South-
west Regional Volleyball
Tournament on Jan. 19 at
KDSS in Kincardine.
Ripley defeated Huron
Heights 25-7 and 25-12 in the
first set and then beat Luc -
know 25-18 and were upset
in the second set by the same
score. The Ravens then won
both games against Elgin
Market 25-8 and 25-14 finish-
ing first in the round robin
with a record of 5 wins and a
loss.
Ripley would meet Luc -
know again in the Champi-
onship where the Ravens'
serves were too powerful for
Lucknow to handle. Ripley's

Crokinole results in from across region
Twenty five players of vari-
ous talents enjoyed the sun-
shine drive to the Teeswater
Sacred Heart Church Hall on
Saturday Jan. 23 for crokinole.
Play commenced at 1:30
p.m. and with one extra player
Jo -Ann Carter decided to sit
out (she being one of the
hosts).
After 10 complete rounds of
play that is 40 games the fol-
lowing winners were
announced. High yellow card
was Carol Cook with a score of
59 following in a close second
was Bob Bonnett with 58
points while Clare Kuepfer
captured 3rd with 50. The
twenties race saw Bob with 51
Clare had 38 and rounding out
3rd was Carol with 33. The
white card players showed Neil
Cook taking first with 51 Al
Carter and Francis Zettler tied
for second with 49 and Peter
Carter secured third place with
47. Neil had 41 twenties for first

AT 2:00 P.M.
1. To receive, consider and approve the Financial Statement
and Auditor's Report for the year ended December 31St,
2015.
2. To appoint auditors for 2016.
3. To elect two (2) Directors for a three-year term in accordance
with the Company By-laws.
4. To transact any other business that may properly come
before the meeting.
The Directors whose terms expire are Mary Garriock and Barry
Millian. Mary is eligible for re-election.
Any qualifying policyholder wishing to seek election or re-election
as a Director must file their intention to run, in writing, along with
a nomination forth, with the Corporate Secretary or designate, no
later than close of business, March 4, 2016.
A copy of the annual financial statements will be posted on the
company website www.wwmic.com at least 21 days prior to the
meeting. A policyholder may request a hard copy of the
statements by contacting the head office in Dungannon.
