The Trillium ROOTS Community Fund donated $2,500 to Wom- en's House Serving Bruce & Grey to assist in the upgrade of IT hardware to ensure the safety and well-being of clients. Located in Kincardine, Women's House provides assistance to women and their children who are victims of abuse through services ranging from housing to sexual assault counselling. "It was very necessary to upgrade our IT equip- ment to secure our confi- dential files, reports and emails with the most up to date equipment and software," said Property Manager Mary Smith. "This donation from Tril- lium ROOTS Community Fund helped fund this very important project that ensures the safe and well-being of our clients." There will be a registration night at the Lucknow & District Sports Complex on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 from 5:00 — 7:00 pm.
