Usborne Council. . 4 Municipal drains were the main order of business when Usborne Township Council met June 6 in Elimville. Ag Howes, Listowel, was ap- pointed engineer to study the Stewart drain. A special coun- cil meeting was called to dis- cuss the Elmville drain. C. P., Corbett, Lean, was appointed engineer for the Miller, Tuckey and Rewcliffe drains.
