Obituaries
WILLIAM R. KINSMAN
William- Richard Kinsman of
Seaforth, passed away at the
Blue Water Rest Home, Zurich,
Sunday, March 26th, in his 90th
year. For a number of Years he
farmed in Saskatchewan, return-
ing east where he farmed in
Hibbert for twenty-two years,
taking up residence in Seaforth
in 1956.
He was a merzuber of Chisel-
hurst'United Church and a mem-
ber of A.F. & A.M: Bursay
Lodge in Saskatchewan. Surviv-
ing are his wife, the former
Edna Brintnell, two brothers,
Earl, Cromarty, Dan of Macrorie
Sask.: Public funeral services,
largely 'attended were held
from Bonthron funeral home,
Wednesday, March 29th, at 2
'p.m., conducted by Rev. Harold
Currie, who paid fitting tri-
bute to the life of the deceased.
Interment was in Hensall Union
Mausoleum, with burial later
in McTaggart's cemetery.
Pallbearers were Jack and
Robert Kinsman, Russell Fer-
guson, Donald McLellan, Jack
Brintnell, Murray Brintnell.
Flower bearers were Doug, Ger-
ald and Keith Brintnell, Bob
Kinsman.

Airs. Joseph Ryan, 96, form-
erly of Walton, passed awgy at
the home her_ daughter, Mrs.
W. P. Speaks Woodstock. She
was the former Elizabeth Baker.
Surviving are Joseph and Laur-
ence, both of Walton and Gor-
don of Montreal, Mrs. Rolison
(Madeline) Press, Ottawa, Mrs.

N.D. and Mrs. W. P. (Florence)

Funeral mass' was said at 10
a.m., Monday.
Pallbearers were Joseph Ryan,
Laurence Ryan, W. P. Speak,
Kenneth Ryan, Fred Speak and
Jack Rowland.
Burial took place in R.C. Pard
ish cemetery. The D. A. Rann
fpneral home, Brussels, was in
-charge.

JOHN PEPPER
Mr. John Pepper, a highly es-
teemed resident of RR 2, Kip -
pen, passed away quietly, Sat-
urday at the, Blue Water Rest
Home, Zurich, in his 87th year.
He had been . a patient there
for six weeks.
He was born in Hibbert
Township and moved to Kippen
when about 12 years of age and
farmed for theremainder of
his life until' three years ago,
when he had a sale. He has been
in failing health since. He was
a member of Hensall United
Church and is predeceased by
his first wife, the former Flor-
ence Taylor, who passed away
n l917 and later married Eliza-
beth Flutter, wilo now resides
with one of her sons. He is sur-
vived by his wife, three boys
and two daughters by the first
marriage, Russell... of Stratford;
Wesley, .Niagara Falls; Ritchie
Blatchford, London; Mrs: Har-
ry Walters (Rosa) RR 4, Goder-
ich; Mrs. Gordon Stewart, •(Eth-
el) Goderich;second marriage,
Roy, Exeter; Bloss, Aisle Craig;
Cecil, Hensall; Mrs. Alex Mil-
ler; (Hanna) Staffa; Mrs. Rus-
sell Hooey, (Marion) Wallen -
stein; sister, Mrs. Frank Bean,
Hensall; 27 grandchildren; and
eight great grandchildren.
Rev. Harold Currie conducted
the service ,from l3onthron fun-
eral 'home, Hensall, at 2 p.m.,
Tuesday. Burial in' Hensall 'Un -
len cemetery.

Bean ,and Tom Drover.

their O.H.A.` Intermediate 'B'
group finals on Tuesday by
drubbing the Hespeller- Mic
Macs 12-5 at the local arena
before a crowd of 650.
Heepe1.er came out strong
in the first period and had
1.0 and 2-1' leads before the
Beavers caught fire and scor-
ed two goals to take a 3-2
lead going into the middle
frame. Seaforth came out a
little stronger in the second
to outscore their opponents
