No. 2 on the 18th day of Sep-
tember, 1966 passed By -Law
Number 1 to authorize the
borrowing of money by 'the
issue and sale of a Debenture
of the said Board in the prin-
cipal amount of $173,000.00.
1. The purpose for which
the money is to be borrowed
is a floating indebtness to pay
the cost of constructing a new
separate school.
2. The amount to be bor-
rowed is $173,000.00 on the
security of the said debenture,
which shall be a charge upon
the schoolhouse property and
premises and and any other
real or personal property vest-
ed in the said Board and upon
the separate school rates col-
lectible by the said Board.

semi-annually on June 1 and
