It was decided not to have meetings Saturday afternoon; when possible. Mrs. Kenneth McDonald outlined the re- quirements of club members and the Record Book and ex- plained the score sheet of each days meals. Mrs. Nelson Marks assistant leader, gave a talk on -"Good Food Makes a Difference". Some Rules to Remember when Handling Food", How to Make Dishwashing Easier", "Oven Temperatures" a n d "Being Careful and Accurate in all Measurements". The girls discussed achieve- ment day and decided to have a demonstration with Joyce McNichol, Betty Roe, Joan Dennis, and Mary Leeming to start working on it.
