The report of the Schoonder- woerd Drain was read and pro- visionally adopted with the Clerk instructed to prepare a cash by-law. By-laws setting the 1966 rates and three tile drain- age loans were passed. Council having received 'a pe- tition for the repair and 'im- provement of the H. Gethke and F. Horn Award Drains, the Clerk was instructed to notify James A. Howes O.L.S., to ex- amine the drains and report Final inspection reports being -received 'on the Kerr, Winter- ingham, Leggatt and the Grey Branch of the Northwest Drains, all accounts were or- dered paid.
