aqua peau de soie sheath and
carried white carnations.

Given in marriage by her
father the bride chose a floor«
length wedding gown of white
crepe sateen. The bodice was
of chantilly lace and featured
scooped neckline, elbow
length sleeves and an empire
waist. Elegance was portrayed
in the gently controlled sheath
skirt, fitted at the princess
waist. The detachable chapel
train cascaded from a tailored
bow at the waist. A. French
pure silk illusion veil was
caught up by a nillbox head-
piece enhanced by a bow at
the back. She carried a cres-
cent bouquet of pink delight
roses and ivy. ,

length gowns of capri blue
chiffon. The cotton lace tops
featured bateau necklines,
empire waists and short cap
sleeves. The back of the
sheath skirts were accented
by detachable ,panels falling
from, a bow. 're complete the
ensemble they wore match-
ing white and blue picture
hats accented by blue daisies.
They, carried nosegays' of
white pom pom mums and
pink delight roses.
Gary Jewitt; brother of the
groom was best man end
guests were ushered by Bev
Jewitt, brother of the groom,
and John Jewitt.
Soloist, Mrs. Wma Hearn,
sang "The Wedding Hymn",
"The Lord's Prayer" and
"Love Divine" accompanied
by Miss Lois Grasby at the
organ.
For the reception at the
Officer's Mess, C a n, a d i a n
Forces Base, Clinton, the
bride's mother chose a sky
blue Swiss brocade ensemble,
matching accessories and a
corsage of pink delight roses.
The groom's mother wore a
dress of turquoise brocade
with matching accessories and
a corsage of pale pink roses.
For travellingthe bride
donned a true blue A-line
ensemble with black patent
accessories and a corsage of
pink delight roses.
The astronomy professor was
