The bodices were styled in
ocean spray aqua with scoop
necklines and cap sleeves.
The empire skirts of shasta
white were accented at the
waistlines with a ruffle of
lace and a narrow ribbon with
a front flat bow and stream-
ers. The hemlines 'were ac-
cented with matching lace
and ribbon detail. Matching
aqua bows with profile veils
completed the ensemble. They
carried tinted aqua mums and
white roses. •

was the groomsman. The us-

of French silk faille. The bod-
ice: of chantilly lace. over

rounded neckline dipping'eat
the back and sleeves ending
in a lily point. The full skirt,
which swept back into a chap-
el train, was completely out,
lined with a wide border of
matching lace. The natural
waistline was accented front
and back with a flat bow. Her
four tierred elbow length veil
was held in place by a crown
of seed pearls, . crystals and
chantilly lace. She carried
white roses with a back-
ground of ocean spray aqua.

at the annual Junior golf tour-
nament held at the Bayfield -
Clinton Golf Course.
Teeing off at 8:00 a:m., the
14 boys ranging in age from 10
to 16 played 18 holes before re-
turning to the Club House for

WILLIAM MacKAY
William MacKay, 91, of Tuck-
ersmith, died Sunday at Clin-
ton Public Hospital, where he
was admitted Saturday. He had
been ailing since February.
He had made his home with
Miss Margaret and Oliver Mac-
Kay, RR 2, Kippen, for the past
20 years. He farmed till then on
the fourth concession, Tucker-
smith.a was a member of the
Presbyterian Church, Hensall,
He is survived by nieces and
nephews.
Funeral services were held
Tuesday froth' the Bonthron
funeral home, Hensall, with
Rev. Harold Currie officiating.
Interment was in Brucefield
cemetery.
Pall bearers were Mel Glan-
ville, J. C, MacKay, Archie Hog-
garth, John R. MacKay, W. D.
Wilson and Joe Howe.

Mr, and Mrs. Ted Robin-
son celebrated their 25th wed-
ding anniversary at. their
home, RR 3, Kippen, on Sat-
urday. with about 35 attend-
ing and entertained by the
playinn of euchre on the spa-
cious lawn which was flood-
lit for the occasion.
The three - tier wedding
cake; beautifully decorated,
was placed in the centre of
the table on a white linen
cloth, and candles at each
side.
Friends and neighbors sur-
prised the couple arriving in
the evening to congratulate
there on their wedding anni-
versary, and they were pre-
sented with many useful gifts
and were thanked by the
bride and groom of 25 years
wedded life. Guests were pre-
sent from Chicago, Chatham,
Croton, Komoka, Moose Jaw,
Sask., and .Wabash.
