' Scripture was taken from Psalm 100, read ,by Mary Mcllwain, followed by prayer by Ploy Shaddiek. Plans for the trip to Niagara and Camp at Goderich were discussed. UCW Hears Speaker The UCW met in the school room of the church with Mrs: Reg Lawson presiding. The meeting opened with Hymn 112 being sung. Mrs.- W. L. Whyte read the scripture lesson, after -which Mrs. Don Buchanan gave the meditation on -,the scrip- ture. 'Mrs: Lawson introduced the. guest speaker, Mrs. R. Tschanz, who spoke on the story of Eas- ter, "Jesus Christ and, His Chris- tian Life." A_ musical number was given by Mrs. Ella Jewitt, called "Alone." The fire, which was caused by light- ning, destroyed a combine and 30 head of cattle. The picture was taken during a heavy fog which settled as the fire broke out. (Expositor photo by Phillips).
