schools for the 1966 spring pro-
ject, "Accent On Accessories,"
was 'held in . the .Legion Hall,
Hensall, on Mondaiy and T ies-
day, . with 32 leaders and assist-
ants present from Exeter, Cred-
iton, Belgrave, Seaforth and
Hensall. Following the course,
the ladies will return to their
communities and will instruct
girls between the ages of 12
and 26 on the planning, selec-
tion and making of co-ordinat-

LONG-TIME EMPLOYEES of General Coach Works were
honored at a recent dinner held .fdr the employees in the
Legion Hall at Exeter. Over 250 guests were present when
J. K. Geary, plant manager, presented gold watches to 17
employees whose service has exceeded 10 years. In all, a
total of 188 years of service was recognized at the 'event,

ed by fifty, including members
and guests who were introduc-
ed by members in response to
the roll call. The meeting; held
in 'the Legion Hall Wednesday
'evening, featured a brief bust-
ness meeting presided over by
the president, Mrs.' Beverly
Tieaton.

service of prayer, and commit-
ment, will be held at the Unit-
ed Church, Friday, Feb., 25th,
with ,the world theme, "Ye Are
1Vly Witnesses." Chiselhurst,
Carmel Presbyterian. and St.
Paul's, Anglican Churches will
take part •in the services.

Mrs. Maurice Tudor, left Thurs-

has entered the RCMP training

Mrs. John Soldan returned
home Friday from St. Joseph's
Hospital, London, where she
was a patient for four weeks,
having undergone surgery.
