Dr. and Mrs. Martin W. Stapleton wish to announce the
engagement a their daughter, Margaret Ann, to Dr. H. Brent
Mundy of North Carolina, formerly of London. Dr. Mundy, is
the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Harcourt Mundy. The mar-
riage will ake place in St. James' Church, Seaforth, early in
lanuary. Both are graduates of the University of Western On-
tario.

RM. in Logan Township, she
was the former Julia Winnifred
Dwyer, daughter of Mrs. Kath-
erine Dwyer, London, and the
late Joseph DwYen
She was educated in Kinkoza
and came to Seaforth in '1949,
where she married Leo Hagan
in 1950. She was an ardent
worker in the Catholic Women's
League, Propogation for the
Faith and was a member of St.
James' Roman Catholic Church.
Surviving besides her husband
and mother are two step -sons,
Paul and Frank and two dapgh-
ters, Mary and Flora, all at
home; three sisters, Mrs. A.
(Helen) Wood, Detroit; Mrs.
John (Agnes) Walsh, Stratford;
Mrs. Kenneth (Teresa) Pommer,
London; five brothers, Timothy
and Thomas, ,both of Waterloo;
Gerald, John and Jerome, all of
Windsor.
The body Was at ,the G. A.
hitney funeral home; Seaforth.
Requiem High Mass was sung
by Rev. H. J. Laragh at 10 a.m.

ROBERT MICHIE
Robert Michie„77, Belgrave,
died Tuesday at Wingham and
District Hospital.
He was a son of the late Mr.
and Mrs. William Michie. He
farmed in Morris Township un-
til he retired to Belgrave a few
years. ago". •
Surviving are one sister, Mrs.
,Lorne (Margaret) Nichol, Mor=
ris Township; one brother, Er-
nest, Belgrave,
The body is at the D. A. Rann
funeral home, Brussels, where
service will bet Thursday at 2
p.m. Burial will be in Brussels
cemetery.
MRS. CHARLES PUSHELBERG
Mrs. Charles Pushelberg of
Logan Township passed away
on 'Friday at the home of her
son, Ross, in Thamesford.
She was the former Wilhel-
mine Riehl, daughter of the
late Henry Riehl and the former
Katherine Dallner. She was
born in Ellice Township, Aug.
24, 1891 and married Charles
Pushelberg after which. they
farmed in Logan Township. She
was a member of St. Peter's
Lutheran Church, Brodhagen.
Surviving are two sons, Lloyd,
Brodhagen and Ross, Thames -
ford; and two , daughters, Al-
meda, Mrs. Gordon Johnston,
Londesboro, and Toleda, Mrs.
Orval Parrott, -Logan Township;
18 grandchildren and three
great-grandchildren; one broth-
er, Norman Riehl, Seaforth;
and two sisters, Melinda, Mrs.
Wm. Crawford, Mitchell; and
Mildred, Mrs. Wm_ Jacob, Wat-
erloo.
The late Mrs. Pushelberg rest-
ed at the Heath -Leslie funeral
home, Mitchell, where Hey. Har-
ry Lossing cbnducted the fun-
eral services on Monday with
temporary entombment in El-
izabeth Ritz Mausoleum, Mit-
chell, for burial later in St. Pet-
er's cemetery,
Pallbearers were George
Rock, McKillop, Kenneth Craw-
ford, Elma; Wilfred Ahrens,
BrodharT°en; Harvey Ahrens and
Milton Rock, Logan; and Chas.
Johnston, Londesboro. Lovely
floral tributes, heart and -mis-
sion cards were received and
relatives and friends attended
from Waterloo, Thamesford,
Kitcherer, Seaforth, Londes-
boro, odhagen, Mitchell and
district.•
MRS. JOHN EARLE
The death occurred on Tues-
day, in Seaforth Community
Hospital of Mrs. John H. Earle
of Egmondville, following a
short illness.
" Mrs. Earle who was 83, was
- born in ,Ireland, the former
Sophia Glover. She was married
in Dublin, Ireland in 1918, to
Mr. Earle and the following
year the couple came to Cana-

Thomas' Anglican Church on
Friday at 2 p.m. Temporary en-

JOHN W. RUSTON
John William .Ruston, 78, of
Egmendville, formerly of Dub-
lin, died Thursday, Dec. 12th,
at St. Joseph's Hospital, London.
He was born. in Ellice Town-
ship, son of the late William
and -Bridget (Fox) Ruston.
He farmed for Many years in
.the Dublin area and later car-
ried, on a painting inisiness in
Seaforth.
He was married to .the form-
er Laura Jordan of Kinkora.
Besides his wife he is surviv-
edfive- sons, Charles and
Robert1,oth of London; John,
Port Colborne; Clarence and
Frank, both of Stratford; four
daughters, Mrs. Clifford (Doris)
Kelly, Mrs. Sylvester (Angela)
Kelly, Mrs. Hubert (Lenore)
O'Reilly, all of London; Mrs.
Donald (Mary) King, Sarnia;
one brother, Walter, London;
one sister, Mrs. Polly Gaunt of
Stratford and 16 grandchildren.
The body rested at the W. J.
Cleary funeral home. Service of
requiem high mass was at St.'
James' Roman Catholic Church,
