PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS plans and. an engineer's report concern-
ing certain proposed sewage works to serve the Town of
Seaforth have been developed for the Ontario Water Re-
sources Commission and Whereas approval is required in
accordance with Section 31,of The Ontario Water Resour-
.ces Commission Act;
AND WHEREAS it appears from an examination
of the said plans that the proposed works will extend into
the Township of Tuckersmith;
" NOW THEREFORE this is to give notice that the
said Commission shall, before proceeding with further de-
velopment of the projecrhold a public hearing on the 8th
day of October, 1968, at 3:00 o'clock EDST in the after-
noon at the Town Hall, Main Street, Seaforth, Ontario.
A plan of the proposed sewage works will be avail-
able for inspection in the office of the municipal clerk
of the Town of Seaforth.
