August 24th for the wedding
of Mr. Gordon Edward Butters
and Miss Loretta Louise Mur-
ray.. The bride is the younger •
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. WM.

the groom is the son of Mr. and
Ming. Thomas Butters, ,.

the double "rhIg ceremony and
sang the nuptual mass. The

of honor was the bride's sister,

bah. Bach wire a gown of Kel-
ly green chiffon, empire waist
line with 'guipure lace, and
chiffon train from waistline.
The flowe r girl was Rosalie
O'Connor, and the ring bearer
was Michael Butters, London.
Mr. William -Butters, Dublin,
brother of the groom was best
man, and _the ushers were
Mr. Stephen Murray, brother
'of the bride, and Mr. Glen But-
ters, London, brother of. the
goom. • Mrs. Vincent Lane was
organist and Mr. and Niro, Lor-
ne De Gaust, Ingeisol were
soloists.
Later a dinner and recept-
ion was held at the Legion.
Hall, Seaforth. At the dinner
Jim Murray, brother of the bri-
de, , was master of ceremony.
The bride's mother received
the guests dressed in a pink
lace coat dress, matching hat,
and a corsage of deep pink mos -
es. • She was assisted by the
grocvm's mother who wore a
blue dress, and matching hat,
and deep pink roses for a cor-
sage. •
For travelling the bride don-.
ned a pink coat" dress, 'with
matching hat and black acces-
sories. Following a trip, to
Man and His World, Montreal
and the ThousandrrIslands, the
couple will Make their home in
Toronto.

on, Stratford, Seaforth and

lace trimmed nylon gown with
a detachable train. Her finger-
tip veil was held by a jewelled
. crown and she carried white
sweetheart roses, lilies of the'
valley and ivy.
Mk Annette O'Gorman, the
bride's sister, was matron of
honor and Mrs. Richard Carey
• and Miss Laura Rock, as brides-
maids, were ail identically gow-
ned in -blue nylon and lace and•
carried white carnations, tip-
ped in blue.
Mr. Gary Paviluk was grooms-
man and Mr. Gorden Dantzer.
