Whereas plans and eningeer's report
concerning certain proposed sewage works
to serve the Town of Seaforth have been de-
veloped for the Ontario Water Resourees
Commission and whereas approval is requir-
ed in accordance with Section -31 .of the On-
tario Water Resources Commission Act.
And whereas it apprs from an exam-
ination of the said p n °that the proposed
works would extenc into the Township of
Tuckersmith.
Now therefore th'istjs to give notice that
the said Commission shall, before proceeding
with further developments of the project,
hold a public hearing on the
26th Day of July, 1968
at 2:30 o'cloc2 EDST in the afternoon at the
