MISS J. MAUDE GLENN
A pioneer of Usborne Town-
ship, Miss J. Maude Glenn, pas-
sed away at Exeter, Nursing
Home Sunday. June 16th in her
89th year. She has been a pa-
tient in nursing homes for the
past eight years, the last four in
Exeter Nursing Home. Two bro-
thers, John and George prede-
ceased her. Surviving are a sis-
ter-inslaw, Mrs. John M. Glenn,
Exeter; four nieces and two
nephews, Mrs. Morley (Helen)
Sanders, 1VIrs..Bille(Mona) Finch,
Mrs. Mervyn (Margaret) Hayter,
Mrs. W. D. (Phyllis) Glenm,, Ger-
ald and. Bruce Glenn. Funeral
services were held Tuesday
from Banthron: Funeral Trite
with Rev. Harold Currie officiat-
ing, followed with Ceemetion at
Woodland , Crematorium, Lon-
don. Interment in McTaggart
Cemetery. Following interment,
the ladies of Chiselhurst United
Church served lunch to friends..
ROY GORDON CAMPBELL
• Residents of Hensall and corn-
munity were saddened to learn
of the sudden passing of a
prominent businessman, Roy
Gorden Campbell, who died sud-
denly in Sudbury, Wednesday
evening, June 12th, while on 'a
business trip. He was 48. The
lite Campbell was a mem-
ber end Past Mester of Huron.

was in Exeter cemetery.
