Achievement Day.
The Perth County 411 Home-
making Achievement Day was
held Saturday in Mitchell at
the Crystal Palace for the pro-
ject Clothes Closets Up to Date.
Mrs. Irene Priest, •Stratford,
Perth County Home Economist,
was guest. At the moping
session, Miss Joan Warner, Al -
Liston, Home Economist far
&mom OceinTY, commented on
the exhibits presented by the
girls. Mrs. Greta „McKereher,
RIM conunented on the
afternoon program consisting
of skirts and demonstrations.
The project included the stu-
dy of clothing and wardrobe
accessories and making Simple
and practical storage equip-
ment. Each girl made a laundry
bag, a pair ef shoe packs and
covered a hanger using materi-
als and colors to enhance her
tedroem.

Institute, presented the provin-
cial honor oertificetes and pins
