decided to do a skit on "Table
Manners". Sharon Keys demon-
strated table setting and Anne
Hayter demonstrated table man-
ners. Making sandwiches for
' tea was demonstrated by Mrs.
Alan Hayter and the girls all
made fancy sandwiches.

a record. The roll call WAS ans-
wered with a quilt block. A sil-
ent auction was conducted after

of 541 West 15th Avenue, Es-

only daughter, Dianne Lynn to
Paul Michael Zemella, son of
Mrs. Ann Zemella and the late
Joseph Zemella of Santa Bar-
bara, California.
Miss Free, a former Seaferth
resident was graduated from
Seaforth Public School in 1959
and then with the class of 1964
from Escondido High School,
Escondido. In 1967 she was
graduated from Los Angeles
City College and Itollywood
Presbyterian School of Nursing.
She is employed en the staff
by Hollywood Presbyterian Hos-
pital in Los Angeles, California.
Her fiance was graduated
with the class of 1964 from San
• Marcos' High • School, Santa
Barbara and is now attending
the Los Angeles College of
Chiropractics where he will
graduate June, 1968.

day Morning. The theme of the
meeting was "Love means be-
ing friendly". Michelle Robin-
son read a poem "Jesus Helps
Me". Piano solo by Mary Lou
Thomson. Mrs. L. Jaques gave
the chapter on the study book.
Prayer by Robbie Dickey. 'Pam-
ela Rodd read the scripture les-
son. Mrs. W. Dickey gave the
Bible study. A play "A Special
Time of Year" (Lept) by Pamela
Rodd,, Jenet Tomlinson, Eddie
Rodd, Vernon Thomson. It was
decided to send a five dollar
donation to Bunny Bundle 'in
;London.

at the wedding of Barbara Jean
Spence and Harry Colin Norris
in Main Street -United Church,
Mitchell.
The bride is the daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Bert Spence, Mit-
chell and the bridegroom is the
son of Mr. and, Mrs. Hugh Nor-
ris, RR 1, Cromarty.
Mrs. Susan Smith of Strat-
ford was soloist. She sang "The
Wedding Benediction" and "0
Perfect Love". The church was
decorated with yellow snap-
dragons and yellow daisies.
The bride was given in mar-
riage by her brother, Japies
Spence. She wore a white satin
gown styled with a natural
waistline, scodP neckline and el-
bow -length sleeves., Chantilly
lace appliques enhanced the
sleeves and waistline. A chapel
train fell from the waistline
and a floral headpiece • held the
elbow -length veil of silk illu-
sion. She carried a cascade of
yellow roses and ivy.
Miss June Ashenden, London,
was maid of honor. Bridesmaids
were Miss Sharon Agar and
Miss Mary Norris, London, and
Miss Joyce Norris, Cromarty.
They wore A-line styled dresses
in hunter's green velvet. Miss
Valerie Wallace, niece of the
.bride, was flower girt dressed
identical to the bridesmaids.
Best man was John Scott,
Cromarty. Ushers were Bill
Spence, Mitchell, John Norris,
Exeter, Ray MacDougald.
The wedding dinner and re-
ception were held in the Mitch-
ell Legion Hall. The couple tra-
velled to Niagara Falls and
Northern Ontario. They are re-
siding in Exeter.

ent Teachers' Association Con-
vention and Mrs. Hans Vonk,
