You may have thought I was Ont. But in fact plans are al

kidding when I suggested we ready being made. The* idea is
to start small—very small—and
build slowly over the year."
"So, on June 16, Bloomsday,
a group of Joyce supporters will
meet in the beer parlor of
Brown's Hotel at Dublin, Ont.
The occasion will be entirely
spontaneous—not even the man-
agement 'of, the hotel Will be
involved. The Joyceans will
simply spend the evening read-
ing favorite passages from
Joyce to each other. Everyone
who wishes to may attend.
"There's just one problem.
Someone has pointed out that
the people in Dublin, Ont. may
not like Joyce's work any bet-
ter than the people in the oth-
er Dublin did. But. we'll deal
with that when we come to it."
