As Utility Managers we should all be very proud of the calibre of men who under very noimg circumstances put devt Von to the Publicservice far ahead of any personal inconven- ience or effort required on their part. During this nnforgettable week in London 112 men from 24 different utilities worked side by side with our men in arna7ing efficiency on shifts of from 16 to 20 hours. It was only through their efforts that it was possible to restore power to all our easterners within six I did not have an opportuni- ty to hank each man individual- ly, but I hope that you will ex- press my appreciation to those who came to London and thank them for a job very well done.
