Ile opening seavieee in connection
with Ibicif Church, Belgrave Cir:'uit,
were bold on Sunday and Monday, Nov.
l7 tli and 18th, and were very successful.
The church had been o'osed for about a
month undergoing repairs and bring
decorated by Meeese. Matthew and
Welter. of St. Thomas. 0 Sunday last
the church was reopened with appropTi-
ato services. Rev. T. U. Sawyer, of
Lucknow, was the preacher for the day,
and bis sermons were earnest, inspiring
messages. In the morning, Brick Church
choir rendered special music, while the
evening service of song was in charge of
the Westfield choir, The church was
well filled at both servioes, the evening
congregation crowding the °hut oh to the
doors. On Monday evening au excellent
entertainment was given before a large
audience. The pastor, Rev. G. W. Rivers
B. A., B. D., occupied the chair. The
splendid choir of the Westfield Church
rendered several selections to the delight
of all present. Rev. J. J. Hustle of Bel -
grave, and Mr. R. E. Saunders, of Wing
ham, gave addresses which wore in-
teresting, instructive and entertaining.
Readings were given by Miss Harrison,
of Belgrave. Mrs. J. Pattison, of Brick
Church, and Rev. G. W. Rivers. As
about 10 o'clock, the entertainment was
brought to a close and all went home,
pleased with the success of these re-
opening services. Thanks are due all
those who assisted in the servioes both
on Sunday and on Monday evening.
The proceeds amounted to something
over $50, in addition to $150 previously
subscribed by the congregation.
BABY SMILES.
One mother happily expressed her
opinion of Baby's Own Tablets when
she said "there's a smile in even* dose."
In homes where the Tabl:te are used
there are no cross, f : ful, sickly
children. The Tablet; make child-
ren well and ke them well.
They cure indi• esti colic, oonetipa-
tion, diarrhoea, e; • ing troubles and all
the other minor : ilments of childhood.
They can be given with absolute safety
to the new born child, for the mother
has the guarantee of government analyst
that the Tablets do not oontain one
particle of opiate or poisonous so, thing
stuff. Isn't such a guarantee worth some-
thing to you, mother? The Tablets are
sold by all medicine dealers or may be
had from The Dr. Williams' Medicine
Co., Brockville, Ont., at 25 cents a box.

graphy that are worth columns of des-
cripttons; the Prince of Wales on the

man. Numerous other timely pictures,
