R. k4, Walton, celebrated their 50th. wedding anniversary on Nov- ember 5. They were married at St. Patrick's Church in Dublin with Rev. F. J. Brick- lln officiating.. 'Mrs. Mc - La ighlin is the former Anna Manley, a daughter of .the late William and: Mary (Ec- kert) Manley of McKillop. Township. Mr, McLaughlin isa son of the late .Patrick and Catherine (Connolly) Mc- Laughlin of McKillop, Follow ing the marriage, the couple farmed in McKillop. They have one daughter, Mary, Mrs. Junior Storey of Sea - forth, and one granddaugh- ter, Cheryl Ann Storey. The couple was the recipiient of many congratulatory .mes- sages and gifts. Theywere:. the guests at a number of parties, including a surprise party held by their neigh- bours, held at the home of Mr. and Mrs.: Dominic Mur- ray and one by the members of Mrs. McLaughlin's sewing club who meet regularly for quilting bees, LONDESBOROail.411 The Londesboro 4-H meet- ing was held on October 29th.
