Mrs. William Scott, Brucefield, while
taking 'down 'a chimney in their home
recently: found some pieces of newspaper.
They were dated'. Nov. 7,, 1879 from the
Huron Expositor. It is not known when the
house was built but it belonged to her
husband's maternal grandparenis' family,
Mr. and Mrs. Duncan McDonalduntil
purchased by William D. Scott in 1943. The
prnton,the crumpled newspaper was quite
legible..

Decisions APPROVED IN PART
The. Commission APPROVES the increase in the
installation fee from S15.00 to 530.00, The licensee
has proposed an increase in the monthly subscriber
fee from 57.00 to S10.00; the Commission APPROVES
a partial increase from 57,00 to a maximum of 58.00
effective', immediately, with a further increase to a
maximum of 510.00 effective upon implementation of
the proposed microwave service.
In accordance with the Commission's Public An,
nouncement A Review of Certain Cable Televisiion
Programming Issues dated 26 Mareh 1979, the
Commission DENIES the proposed ,distribution by
microwave of CITY -TV Toronto. . The Commission• r
