Mrs. Cardno reminds you of the facts about the most serious form of arthritis•.. rheumatoid arthritis: • The chances of improve - inept are great; the majority of patients are able to return' to a .productive, fairly com- fortable life with gainful employment, • Although there is no cure for rheumatoid arthritis in the sense that it disap- pears with treatment, treat ment is predictably effective in most rases. Great progress has been. made and continues to be made. Mrs, Siemon sometimes, usesoil paints to touch up. fading petals. The whole .operation, if the board is previously "prepared, takes a day to finish - Mrs, Siemon has sold some of her plaques, but many of them she gives away as gifts. The creative imagination'; evident .iin the plaques extends to the other hobbies and interests of Mrs: Sietnon. She paints in oils, quilts, hooks rug.5., and works with, crewel yarn.
