The United Church con-
. gregations of Varna and Gos-
hen held a combined service
on Sunday July 29 at Stanley
Park :on Lake Huron. ,
Reverend Wilma Brown
conducted the worship ser-
vice and Deana Verlinde of
Hensall 'contributed several
inspiring songs on her accor-
• dian. The children enthusias-
tically performed three of the
songs theylearned at Bruce -
field Vacation Bible School.
After the service, everyone
enjoyed a picnic hunch from
the bounteous smorgasbord
table.

with their grandparents.
