Guests attended from Burlington, Ridgetown, Owen Sound, London, Kitchener, Hamilton, Hanover, and Centralia. Bakker of Seaforth, were married in the Clinton Christian Reformed Church on June 15. The Reverend A. Vandenberg officiated at the double ring ceremony. The maid of honour was Ann Klomps of Bayfield. As it was a chance for Tny ,school pupils to express themselves, 1 accepted the challenge, When I was unable to carry on Mrs. John Mc. Llwain took over and has made the choir an enjoyable part of the church service. Friday as planned a game of Bridge was organized. Mrs. Lou $ills joined three residents here to make a foursome with Sally Sillery, Gladys Brightrall, and M. 'Turnbull. Gladys. Brightrall and 1 had, high score. Our opponents played one hand in which they had a little slam but did not bid it. Thanks Lou for you patient help, in guiding us through the techniques we have forgotten.
