year is Lloyd Eisler of
Seaforth, owner of Seaforth

some are just beginners, but
in both cases the enthusiasm
is high. This year is the first
time for a junior match play
event and the response has
been excellent.

Seaforth Lawn Bowling
club is underway for another
season and on Sunday June
10 will be haing their first
tournament of the season it
being the Commercial Hotel
Trophy, This is a mixed
;doubles tournament starting
ut 130 p.m. The men plan to
bowl Monday evenings this
summer with the ladies on
Mon. afternoons. Any new
bowlers are welcome to come
out and try bowling and
already some have done just
that.
Considerable work is being
done at the greens and a new
picket fence is being added.
This is. the SOth anniversary

severral events are planned
during the year. It is hoped:
