county.
A motion was passed to
pay the board's bills which
total $427.52.
The bill broke down to.
$241.46 for shelving for the
Archives,. „ $4185,&5 for
museum acquisitions. and $44
for mileage.
In a 9-4 vote the Perth
County Council accepted the
recommendations, of a
565,000 grant to the Fryfogeh
Inn for further restorations.
The council grant will be
added to. the $81,000
Heritage Canada grant to
restore the old inti and add t4:"
it a new restaurant:
Of the monies, collected se.
far for the project. 540,000
has. been earmarked for
furniture- alone. This is
further broken down into
$20,000for new furniture to
be madein the style of 1860
period and the rest for the
purchase of antiques of the
same era over. a 10 year
.period..
Perth County Council has
already invested $42,000 in
the restorations.

Spruce Lodge gets grant
