The Mothers vs. Daugh-
ters Hockey Game had to be
called off due lo a scarcity of
mothers on skates. (Let's
plan to do better next year
Mothers!) However,- a group
.of childretVIpagerlY formed
teams and treated spectators
to atm •enthusiastic game of
hockey. Rosslyn Elliott's
team defeated Jacqui Tay- •
lor's team 5 to 2. ••
Later, a rousing game of
men's broornball provided
some excitement and many
laughs. According to referee
Ross Whittaker, Jint, Con -
sites team, defeated Gerald
Rathwell's team & - 4.
although some members of
the losing team were beard
disputing the refetee'sdeci-
sion on that final score.
