The Seaforth Bantatns travelled to Clinton on Friday night for their first exhibition match of the season. Although it took most of the first period to get used to playing together they played a good strong skating and checking game and after one period of play had outscored Clinton 4-1, and had two penalties. They continued their aggressive style of play in the second period and scored thdee unanswered goals: as 'each team was assessed three penalties. In the final 15 minutes they had to kill major and minor penalties, but persistent checking allowed them to outscore,the opposition 2-1. The final score was 9-2.
