Proposed Zoning By -Law
Amendment
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Seaforth will hold a public meeting on November 21, 1983 at 7:00
p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall to consider a
proposed zoning by-law amendment under Section 34 of the
Planning Act, 1983.
THE PROPOSED ZONING BY-LAW. AMENDMENT would amend
Section 4, General Provisions for all Zones of By -Law 794, as
amended, to provide that the zoning by-law shall not prevent the
erection, alteration or use of a building orland on lots having less
than the required frontage and/or area, provided that all other
requirements of the zoning by-law are compiled with.
ANY PERSON may attend the public meeting and/or make written
or verbal representation either in support or in opposition to the
proposed zoning by-law amendment.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION relating to the proposed zoning
by-law is available between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at my office in
the Town Hall.
