parcels or en bloc, but en bloc tenders must
specify a price for each parcel. Tenders submitted
for more than one parcel shall be considered to be
separate tenders for each parcel unless the
tenderor specifically states that the acceptance of
one parcel is conditional upon the acceptance of

che'ue payable to the undersigned in trust for 5%
(five per cent) of the amount of the tender price as
a deposit which will be returned if the tender is
declined and forfeited as liquidated damages if
the tender is accepted and the purchase is not

the balance of the tender price will be payable by
certified cheque on closing.
