For what it's worth, we carried over the winter in our stock, and it will to be sold at 1983 price. Win some, lose isn't all bad. You bought the most efficient furnace in the world, and you've saved more than the money would have earned in and interest is taxable. Pulse savings On the other hand, in retrospect, maybe we'd better stay away from the ten dollar window the track. , PAILEY8 FURNACES -HEATING SALES/SERVICE SHEET METAL WORK HENSALLwe areProud to be your Lennox Dealer 262-2020 Heating of the silage mass to temperatures in excess of 40-45° C can cause protein portion of ,the feedstuff to become carmalized and undi- gestable. This same reaction also reduces the T.D.N. content of the feed slightly. It has been demonstrated that moderate heating increases the protein by-pass value of ensiled feeds, however since heating cannot be controlled in the silo, it should be considered undesirable. if Heat damage is suspected in hay crop silage a digestible protein analysis should be carried out on an ensiled sample to determine the extent of damage and the feeding program should be adjusted accordingly. -Dennis Martin Farm Management Specialist for Huron County How good can CHICKEN & SEAFOOD be?
