NEW SANITARY LANDFILL SITE
The existing Seaforth and area Landfill Site is
rapidly reaching full capacity, and an alternative
method of solid waste disposal is required. The
Information Centre is intended to outline the
decision process in determining why a new landfill
site was the preferred solution; and, why part of
Lot 24, Concession IV, McKillop Township is the
preferred landfill location. Preliminary plans will
be displayed and staff of Consulting Engineers
will be present to answer any questions.
