The tragic crash of an executive jet near Toronto
International Airport last week which killed five men had a
Seaforth connection. Suncor Inc: president Ross Hennigar
who was one of those killed lived here from Dec. 1955 until
Sept. 1957 when he was manager of Seaforth Farmers
Co-op. Mr. Henningar. 53, was here as a young man and
Bob McMillan who remembers him then said he "was
really energetic" and did a fine job for the local business.
A surprise party was held at the home of Bill and Dorothy

and friends gathered to honour the couple and wish them
well. Guests were present from London, Dorchester,
Aylmer. Mississauga, Flesherton, Goderich, Seaforth and
Clinton. A good time was had by everyone.
