MY CHRISTMAS PRESENT
It was Christmas Eve and I went
upstairs and went to bed. About two weeks
before Christmas I told my mom that I
really wanted this curling iron that yoiu
can do 8 different things with your hair
and she said you'll see. It was 1:37 when
' I woke up and then I went back to sleep.
The second time I woke up it was 8:07 so
I woke up everyone and then we went
down stairs and opened presents. I open-
ed one of mine and it was the curling iron
I wanted. I said thanks and then opened
the rest of them.

CHRISTMAS
Christmas!
What is Christmas? Christmas can be
many different things to many different
people.
To some people it is a sad time because
they have lost a loved one in the war or
they have just passed away recently.
To other people it is a happy time
because they have a chance to see other
relatives that they only can see at
Christmas time.
To the religious it is believed to be the
day that Jesus was born.
But to me it is a fun filled loving day
that only happens once, a year.

ON CHRISTMAS EVE
NIGHT
On Christmas eve night
As the moon shone bright.
1 suddenly heard Santa on my roof.
One little reindeer hoof.
I 'quickly hurried into bed.
To rest my little head.
I also heard mom wrapping,
While I saw a tiny elf clapping.

LOT'S OF TOYS
It was the night before Christmas.
As I ran down the stairs.
I saw Santa covered in snow from his
head to his toes.
He was taking out gifts for girls and boys.
His sack was filled with lots of toys.

A CHRISTMAS
WINDOW PAINTING
What is sparkling with creativity?
What contains Christmas activity?
A Christmas window painting of course!
What holds Christmassy thoughts?
What brings .excitement and glee to tiny
wee tots?
A Christmas window ,painting of course!
What makes a window .painting artist so
proud?
What gathers such large crowds?
A Christmas window ,painting of course!
What is ;sparkling with creativity?
What contains Christmas activity?
A Christmas window painting of course!

THE CHRISTMAS
COOK NAPER
It was two days till Christmas and mon)
was very busy, making Christmas cookies.
After six hours of baing and mixing she
finally had enough cookies. When she left
them to cool I snuck one and it was
delicious. When the cookies were cool mom
put them all in plastic containers to save
them until Christmas and told us we could
have some tomorrow.
The next day I went to• have one but the
containers were empty. '
"Mom!" I yelled.
"Yes son".
"There are no cookies, left.'.'
"That's impossible. I baked sixteen
dozen." She peeked in the cupboard' and
agreed with me.
1 went around the house playing detec-
tive and questioned all of my six brothers
and sisters about the cookies, and they all
claimed to be innocent. I didn't give up
looking for those cookies then Christmas
morning came.
I went to wake up Dad and there he was
eating the cookies. We both carried them
down stairs and the whole family ate
cookies and opened presents all morning.

CHRISTMAS EVE
On Christmas eve when the moon is
bright,
Santa delivers all the gifts, in just one
night.
He will leave all your gifts then he'll leave
all of mine,
That's how the presents are delivered on
time.
He will give me a dolly and a candy cane
too.
And if you are a good girl he'll give one
to you.
As the night is almost going to die,
'We must give Santa a Jolly good-bye,
Sheik. Litt.
