Let the richness and excitement of the season embrace you and yours. CARLA NICHOLSON, SPS, GR. 6 AT TIRE 'EOSPrFAL It was a week before Christmas and all the elves were ,snaking toys. A little girl wanted...a .dell for Christmas but we couldn't make it .so we ran out and told Santa. He said, "I can't make a doll! I just deliver them" The elves didn't know what to do. It was only a week before Christmas. The n xt day. Santa yawned and said, Oh Oka3 I'll make the doll, but first I have to see what doll she wants. It's five days until Christmas and Santa still hasn't started the doll but Santa said, "I'll start tomorrow. The elves thought it won't be a Merry Christmas for that girl &she doesn't get the doll. The elves thought he hasn't made a doll before and it will take him more than four days. It was the next day Santa started the doll in about three seconds. He hammered and hit his arm. The ambulance drove Santa to the hospital. No one believed that I was Santa Claus," Santa said, "Bring me that doll, I've got to finish that doll". He was half done it when the doctor came in to take Santa to have some x- rays. Then they got in the room Santa said to the doctor, "Guess what, what I am .... Santa Claus." The doctor said, "Ha, ha ha ha ha thats the best joke I've heard all day." The doctor said, "I have good news and bad news". Santa said, "Well, are you going to tell me or not?" The doctor said, "The bad news is you have a broken arm and the good news is that you get to stay in the hospital and tell me jokes." Santa got back to his room, and the elves made the doll. It was, as clean and well built as new. Santa said, "Ugh ugh I don't know what to say! Maybe, I have a broken 'arm, so you'll gave to deliver the presents. The doctor said, "You really are Santa., Claus". "Yes I am, so can I go and deliver the presents?" said Santa. Of course you can:" "OK I'll have to go out at midnight OK?", "OK but I'll have to put a cast on that arm! "Thats fine but don't use that arm!!!" "Fine I'll kick out the presents. It was Christmas Eve and it was 10:30 Santa was ready to go out. It was 11:00 then 11:30 then 12:00 midnight. Santa was going out now. He got to the McDonald house and he kicked out their presents and went on. He got to the end of his list and went back to the hospital and the doctor said. "If you can go in a sleigh and give out presents you can go back to the North Pole and Santa never got another broken arm from that day on. Then Santa said to his reindeer, "Stop and go down so I can ask that man how to get out of New York". So the reindeer went down and then Santa got out and ask- ed him how to get out of New York. He said that be was visiting and was looking for his apartment. Then Santa saw another person locking his car doors. So Santa went and asked how to get out of New York. He said, "Take that road." Then Santa said thanks and got back in his sled and delivered all the gifts. Once he was done he went straight to bed.
