Seaforth Legion to continue dart league
The Seaforth Legion would like to convey
its congratulations to the committee in
charge of the recent Santa Claus parade.
For a small centre such as Seaforth and
the surrounding municipalities it was an
effort second to none. President Mel would
also like to thank John Lansink and his
committee kr the float that the Legion
entered, which won a first for organiza-
tions such as ours. The first half of the
parade was put on video, if anybody
wishes a copy please phone 5274787.

A new feature for this Christmas is the
decoration on the top of the Town Hall
tower. Strings of coloured lights run from
the top of the flag pole to the deck of the
tower and are readily visible for miles.
Harry Bolton and Andrew Calder, who
erected the lights, did the job before an
audience that comprised about everybody
as they clambered up the flag pole 125 feet
above the street.
