Seaforth Belles
beat Std Marys
On Sunday, November 12 the Seaforth
Belies played on home ice against St.
Marys.
The game somewhat resembled a football
match instead of a ringette game. There
were numerous penalties, but even more
could have been called.
The game started off with St. Marys scor-
ing the first goal, but that was their last goal
for the night. Seaforth accumulated six
goals in the first period and five in the se-
cond, to make the final score 11 to 1,
Special thanks to Robyn Carnochan, who
played defence, and was picked up from the
junior team. Also a great big "thank you” to
goalie Heather McKercher who played ex-
cellent considering it was her first time in
net.

Betties who was on fire, scoring six goals,
Lisa Henderson accumulated four and Tam-
my Nash got one.
Assists went to Tammy Nash, four; Jill

out and watch Shelly Nigh in net for the first
time, it should be good.

Last Friday evening the Tweens played
