Members discussed where to take a trip to see how food is prepared. The girls chose the "Swiss Chalet" to go to in a week or so. At their meeting through discussion they discovered things about the dangerous bacteria in leftovers and high tech ap- pliances. On October 10 the fourth meeting, each member brought a different dish. For dessert they made dishes at Charlene's to test microwave cooking. It was also Col- leen Deloyer's birthday and she was presented with a "surprise" when she ar- rived at the meeting. This week, October 17 the Dublin 4-11 Club visited the "Swiss Chalet" in Strat- ford to watch the preparation of food. All the girls found it to be very interesting to go on a tour of the Stratford Restaurant, and to watch just exactly what they go through to prepare food for the public, as well as all the precautions ' they take in do- ing so.
