EXETER 2 ST. COLUMBAN 1 The "A" division final was typical Ex- eter - St. Columban Mosquitos game. It was a fast, exciting game with both teams having excellent scoring chances. St. Colum - ban had excellent scoring chances but some erratic shooting by St. Columban kept the score 1-0 at the half. The second half started much the same way. The first half ended with St. Columban having the advantage of play.. It was with less than 10 minutes left in the final hall that Exeter tied the game on a defensive' lapse by St. Columban. Exeter started pressing after that goal and for awhile it looked like the tourna- ment night see its first overtime of the day, but with less than three minutes re- maining Exeter broke through and fired a low shot to the corner to win the game.
