Wake the children up early Saturday mousing to enjoy the Firemen's breakfast. The breakfast menu includes: pancakes, sausage, bacon, •homefries, eggs, timet, juice and coffee. After the 'breakfast you'll have a chance to wear .off the food. Come out and have a leisure walk around town. The walk a thon poker rally begins at 12 noon from Victoria Park, Upon registra- tion you will be given a map of the route and rules :of the walk. Everybody must have a buddy to walls with. All teams can have two or more. Prizes will be award- ed for high hand, second high hand and low hand. All participants will receive a Canada Day button. After the walk the Legion will be put- ting on a Drumhead Service in the Park. You can go listen to the many pipebands that will be in attendance. The Legion members would like to invite everyone back to the Legion Hall for their open house. Once the darkness falls, the Seaforth Firemen will light up the sky with the Giant Fireworks Display.. This display will be held at the high school, and the admission fee will be $5 per car. This is your chance to treat the whole family to a fun filled day. Don't miss it. ATTENTION SENIORS: If you were one of the 102 Seniors that participated in the Seaforth Senior Games last April and May, you are invited to the Annual, Potluck Supper. This potluck will be held at the arena starting at 6 p.m. on Mon- day, July 10, 1989. All seniors that plan to attend are asked to bring one of their favorite dishes, plates and your own cutlery. The first, second and third place win- ners in the games will be given ribbons. After the meal any senior is invited to stay and enjoy a friendly game of cards. If the weather is hot, don't worry. The arena is fully air conditioned. So don't miss this evening of fun and fellowship. SEAFORTH DAY AT LABATT PARK! The London Tigers will be having a Seaforth Day on SUNDAY, JULY 23, 1989. Bring the whole family and enjoy an afternoon of "AA" professional baseball. The London Tigers will play host to the Canton Indians. Canton is cur- rently in second place, and the Tigers will try to catch them. This game should prove to be very entertaining. neket prices are: Adults $8 and children $7 which includes your game ticket and transportation to the park. Buses depart from the arena at 10 a.m., 10:45 a.m. and 11 a.m. Game time is 1:30 o.m. If you do not want to take the bus, you can purchase a ticket for the game only for $4 for adults and $3 for children. One warning to the people who drive themselves. There is no parking at Labatt Park. You must park in a downtown lot and either walk or take the shuttle bus to the park, which runs 45 minutes before and after the game. To purchase your ticket visit the Town Clerk's office, Bob and Betty's Variety, Archie's Sunoco or the arena. Please try to purchase yoiur ticket at least one week prior to the game. We have to send the unsold tickets back. For more information please rale me at the Recreation Office, 527-0882. AQUAFITNESS will be held again this summer at the Lions Pool. The first ses- sion will start on July 3 and will run for three weeks. This program will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:10 to 12:45 p.m. Registration free is $15.
