Legion pub night well attended
The "Pub Night" held last Friday evening
was quite a success, quite unlike anything
sponsored in the past. John Lansink and his
committee deserve a vote of thanks for their
effort. The evening was enjoyed by all. The
committee has tried to have something each
month, in the line of entertainment to com-
memorate .the Legion's 60 years of .service
to the community. For the month of April
there will be a Beef Barbecue and Dance on
April 22 and in May a 50s -60s dance. •
The regular meeting for March was held
Thursday even with Zone Commander Steve
Maguire of Clinton attending. This was a

Military Heritage Foundation and $1,000 to
be presented at the District Convention Apr,
