Optimists host Atom hocke
The Seaforth Optimist Club will be hosting
its 16th Annual ATOM HOCKEY TOURNA-
MENT on Tuesday, January 17, Friday,
January 20, Saturday, January 21 and Sun-
day, January 22.
The Seaforth Novice team will open up the
tournament on Tuesday evening at 7 p.m.
against London Oakridge. This tournament
features 24 teams from Southwestern On-
tario. The finals will be played on Sunday,
January 22 starting at 1:20 p.m. This
weekend proves to be a great ere at the
Arena. Come out and cheer on the local
boys.
SENIOR SHUFFLEBOARD continues
every Wednesday afternoon from 1:30 to 4

CHILDREN'S RECREATIONAL GYM-
NASTICS will begin this Saturday afternoon
at the Seaforth High School. There will now
be one session only due to the lack of par-
ticipation_ The session will, be from 3 to 4
p.m. The program will cost $30 per child, $75
for a family of three or $100 for a family of
four. Your instructor will be Starr Jesney.

District Community Centres on April 8. This
evening should prove to be a great one, with
stars like Dennis Hull, Master of
Ceremonies Jerry Howarth, Glen Weir,
Lance Chomyc, the London Tigers Baseball
Club and many more local stars to entertain
you for the evening.,
Ticket prices are $30 for Adults and $20 for
students. Tickets are available at Archies
Sunoco, Vincent's Farm Equipment, Bob
and Betty's Variety, Seaforth Town "Hall,
Seaforth Recreation office and the Arena.
All proceeds will be donated to the
Seaforth Community Hospital for the addi-
tion. Last year we raised $2,500 and we hope
to exceed that this year. For information
